<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 48-year-old male presents with lump on the volar right forearm for 12 years. (QUIZ ANSWER) POTENTIAL DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS IN THIS CASE:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: A round well-circumscribed yet internally heterogeneous mass lies on the radial aspect of the forearm and measures 1.71cm AP x 1.41cm transverse. The mass has a small tail or nipple distally although attachment to a nerve is not easily corroborated. The fact that the lesion is of reasonable size, enhances, and is extremely well marginated makes the diagnosis of a nonaggressive lesion most likely.&#160;The differential diagnosis primarily lies between a giant varix and a schwannoma of a small branch superficial nerve. The mass lies immediately deep to the skin in the superficial subcutis space for access. The radial artery lies deep to it.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;Smooth round subcutis space mass with enhancement compatible with either neoplasm or varix but no arterial relationship is noted. Other considerations would include nonaggressive subcutis space neoplasm such as fibrous histiocytoma; atypical neurofibroma; myofibroblastic tumor; and dermatofibroma protuberans.</div>
