<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 28-year-old female presents with right hip pain.PRIMARY FINDING:&#160;Superolateral labral tear.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Alpha angle is 55 degrees. No evidence of cam or pincer-type femoroacetabular impingement.Pelvis: 2.5cm right adnexal cyst with solitary septation. Evaluation with ultrasound recommended. Prominent right hemipelvic venous congestion.&#160;Femoral Head and Hip Joint Proper: Femoral head is normally formed and not dysplastic. No evidence of avascular necrosis. No evidence of arthritis, capsulitis, or OCD formation.&#160;Hip Joint: Including pulvinar and region of ligamentum teres and articular cartilage intact.&#160;Labrum: Superolateral labral tear identified best on radial sequence.&#160;Tendons: Intact iliopsoas, rectus femoris and other surrounding tendons including gluteus medius insertion on greater trochanter and gluteus minimus insertion. Mild trochanteric bursitis.&#160;Hamstring Complex: Including medial to lateral biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus are unremarkable.&#160;Marrow: No signs of bone contusion, edema, fracture, insufficiency or stress fracture.&#160;&#160;Entrapment Neuropathy: No evidence of anterior or posterior entrapment neuropathy in region of sciatic nerve.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Dominant finding is a subtle superolateral labral less than 30% depth tear identified. No loss of cartilage and intact ligamentum teres.&#160;2. Slightly septated 2.5cm ovarian cyst and prominent pelvic veins.</div>
