Case 24 - 24-year-old male presents with pain of right elbow

<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 24-year-old male presents with moderate medial pain and decreased range of motion of right elbow for five years with numbness and weakness.(QUIZ ANSWER) IS TRUE IN THIS CASE:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: 6 x 6 x 4mm osseous body adjacent to the sublime tubercle of the ulna probably old fracture with malunion. Confluent edema of the ossicle. Mild edema of juxtaposing sublime tubercle. Ulnar collateral ligament chronically attenuated. Radial collateral ligament intact. Common flexor and extensor tendons intact. Biceps and triceps tendon intact. No acute muscle strain. Ulnar nerve normal in caliber.&#160;IMPRESSION: Right Elbow: A new chronic fracture of sublime tubercle of the ulna with edema of the ossicle and no bony bridging. Probably throwers traction spur is what has fractured.</div>
