<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 41-year-old male presents with pain in the right elbow after hearing a 'pop' during a CrossFit competition.(QUIZ ANSWER) PRIMARY FINDING IN THIS CASE:&#160;Tear of the common flexor tendon.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Tear of the common flexor tendon in addition to mild adjacent strain of the pronator teres muscle. Mild osteoedema within the medial epicondyle but no focal fracture. In addition, thickening and partial tear of the proximal aspect of the anterior bundle of the medial collateral ligament, synovial thickening interposed between the medial epicondyle and the ligament in addition to chronic fragmentation of the sublime tubercle. Sublime tubercle of ulna traction spur. The posterior bundle appears intact.&#160;Common extensor tendon as well as radial collateral ligament intact. Biceps tendon inserts normally. Mild noncomplex-appearing effusion within the joint space. Triceps tendon inserts normally. Ulnar nerve throughout and specifically within the antecubital tunnel is unremarkable.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Tear of the common flexor tendon with mild strain of the adjacent pronator teres. In addition, chronic-appearing tear of the proximal anterior bundle of the medial collateral ligament with adjacent synovial thickening and chronic-appearing fragmentation of the sublime tubercle.&#160;2. Sublime tubercle of ulna traction spur.</div>
